About us
Tim Sharpe - Business Owner and Registered Builder
Tim was practically raised in the swimming pool industry! His father ran a wholesale swimming pool supply company.
"As a kid, I worked with Dad on weekends and school holidays to earn pocket money."
As a teenager Tim worked for a highly regarded builder on the Mornington Peninsula and learned the art of building swimming pools.
Tim became the General Manager of his fathers' business in 1999 and grew the business over 5 years. In 2004 Tim started his own pool business, subcontracting to other builders until becoming a lisenced builder in 2009.
"The part of building pools that I enjoy most is helping people to look at their yard, their house, and visualise how it COULD be."

Sheila Sharpe - Service Manager
Sheila fell into the pool industry in 1992, as a summer job, while studying in Canada. After graduating from University, Sheila became the manager of the very busy retail shop and came to Australia backpacking during the "down time" (the Canadian winter). Sheila loved Australia and her job with a pool company in Mildura, North-West Victoria, so obtained a Business Visa which allowed her to manage the Mildura pool shop for four years. She met her husband Tim during their Annual Sale weekend, and as they say, the rest is history!
After getting married and moving to Melbourne, Sheila went on to work in the disability field for a few years, and now, after having a family (four children) she has found herself back in swimming pools and loving it!
"I know how valuable my own swimming pool is in hosting our best family and friend memories, and I love helping people make the most of their pool seasons."
Swimming pools require reguar checks, which has allowed Sheila to form relationships with customers. She enjoys the challenge of problem solving and gets a lot of satisfaction from hearing how easy people find poolcare and how they spend quality time with their family here all summer long.
