There are many options for the interior – from fully-tiled, to pebble in many colours.  Concrete pools also have the ability to build in extra features such as a negative edge (water falls over the side and appears to “disappear”) or in-floor cleaning (pop up heads eliminate the need to vacuum your pool) and can be built into the slope of a yard to incorporate these features.

Process
Once you have decided on the design and style of your concrete pool we will arrange for the permits, approvals, and the soil removal. 
The following list details the process of pool installation from the moment you contract Creative Pools and Spas to install your pool.

• Contract signed
• Permits/insurances issued
• Excavation and removal of soil begins 
• Screenings spread around floor of pool
• Steel is delivered, installed (cut and bent and tied together to form the shape/size of the pool) *
• Some pools will require boxing (timber framing) – depending on soil type and pool design
• Pre-plumb of pipes to form part of the concrete shell *              
• Concrete sprayed into steelwork and trowelled smooth to form the walls/floor *
• Pool equipment installed/plumbed
• Water-line tiles laid and Coping (top pavers on wall) installed. If fully-tiled, this is completed
• Fencing must be installed and fully compliant before a final inspection can be approved
• If a render surface is included, it is applied now, after the final inspection
• Now the pool can be filled

What can hold up your building process?
Please keep in mind that the following things may hold up the process of installing your pool.

• Heritage overlay on your property/council difficulties
• Weather (some aspects just can’t successfully be completed in rainy weather)
• Additional landscaping/paving works to be carried out around the pool that need to be completed prior to pool being surfaced/completed.
